Establish Lean Foundational Competencies and their application into each area.推进精益生产体系, 促进精益生产文化, 建立精益生产能力并渗透到每个领域2.Consulting plant strategy and implementation, leading Hoshin projects工厂战略落地和实施, 带领和辅导工厂战略项目3.Consulting lean implementation to contribute plant business targets助力工厂精益实施以达到工厂运营目标4.Moderate strategy workshop and Initiate CBS activities to involve all employees in lean implementation and Continuous Improvement to promote lean culture策划和发起战略研讨会和精益活动，让所有员工都参与精益持续改进，不断助力工厂的精益改善文化。5.Coach and lead the launching and rolling out of Automotive living standards leading by BU, like 5S BIC, SW/LSW, KATA支持BU主导的汽车板块运营标准的导入和铺开，如5S BIC，标准化作业/领导者标准作业，KATA等精益工具的落地和实施6.Train and coach employees on CBS framework,　CBS methodology and project consulting给员工提供CBS精益框架的培训和辅导, 精益工具的辅导和项目辅导7.Target setting and tracking of CBS and CIM relevant KPIs, e.g. CBS projects Penetration Rate and Plant Saving, CIM Participation Rate and Response Time, and so onKPI的目标设定及跟踪，如CBS项目渗透率和成本节约，CIM参与率和反应时间，等等8.Strengthen network, communication and best practice sharing between functions.加强各部门，各工厂，各事业部之间的人际网络，沟通和***经验分享9.Other tasks assigned by Supervisor由部门负责人安排的其他工作Professional Experience
