工作职责Responsibility

1. 负责量产车型拧紧工艺参数的调整、维护及变更管理

Be responsible for the adjustment, maintenance and change management of the

tightening process parameters of mass-produced vehicles

2. 负责拧紧工具的管理，报告整理及维修后设备校准验证

Be responsible for the management of tightening tools, report sorting and

equipment calibration verification after maintenance

3. 负责装配现场质量监督管理，质量问题响应、分析、解决、促进

Be responsible for the quality supervision and management of the assembly

site, and the response, analysis, solution and promotion of quality problems

4. 负责质保部相关预算及工具辅材采购、跟踪、验收

Be responsible for the relevant budget of the quality assurance department and the purchase, tracking and acceptance of tools and auxiliary materials

5. 负责质量技术文件的编制、更新、下发

Be responsible for the preparation, update and distribution of quality and technical documents

6. 生产数据统计、分析

Production data statistics and analysis

7. 负责装配新项目管理及新项目装配拧紧调试

Be responsible for the management of new assembly projects and the

assembly, tightening and commissioning of new projects

8. 完成部门在交付、质量、成本等方面的 KPI

Complete the KPI of the Department in terms of delivery, quality, cost, etc

9. 领导交代的其他工作

Other work assigned by leaders

10. 负责监控产品实物及过程质量

Responsible for monitoring the physical and process quality of products

11. 负责监控检验计划的执行

Responsible for monitoring the implementation of the inspection plan

12. 负责质保部班长及检验人员管理及素质提升

Responsible for the management and quality improvement
of the team leader and inspector of the quality assurance department

1．学历：本科及以上学历

Education：Bachelor degree or above

2．专业：机械制造或其他相关专业

Major：Mechanical manufacturing or other related major

3．语言：良好的英语或者德语口语及书面表达

Language： Good oral and written English or German

4. 工作经验：

了解拧紧工艺及参数优化

Learn about tightening processes and parameter optimization

了解整车底盘装配工艺及底盘相关问题处理

Understand the vehicle chassis assembly process and chassis related problem handling

了解压装工艺及应急问题处理

Understand the pressing process and emergency problem handling
