key responsibilities
1. work under the dean’s office and assist with daily administrative tasks;
2. be responsible for handling documentation, reports and other related materials;
3. arrange meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items;
4. assist in student and faculty activities within respective divisions;
5. keep liaison with administrative departments within the school and the university;
6. perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
qualifications
1. bachelor’s degree or above;
2. preferably with experience in academic and teaching support in tertiary institutions;
3. excellent communication and coordination skills;
4. good command of both written and spoken english and chinese;
5. proficient in office software such as word, excel, and powerpoint;
6. good communication skills and a spirit of teamwork.
salary & benefits
salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. appointments will be made under the establishment of cuhk-sz and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the prc. the appointee will be based at the university campus in shenzhen, prc.
