Aims to provide best in class learning experience for sports industry retail employees and retail management team. Support Retail Academy make positive impact on business through blended learning experience, especially by offering high quality digital learning platforms and contents.
● Work with Region/Sales/Customers to fulfill needs with current digital learning tools
● Online learning arrangement and project execution
● Consolidate store and user information (Own Retail/FRS/RBK)
● Learning result tracking and dashboard update
● Online content design and development
● Functional Mail Box support (End users)
● Fix bug/help end users to resolve issues

● Key Stakeholders in China market (Own Retail/FRS/RBK)
● Retail staffs
● GSA (Global Sales Academy)

● Other partners may involve through projects/programs

● Digital Learning vendors
:
● Familiar with various digital learning platforms (eLearning/Mobile APP/WeChat, etc.), able to maintain and upgrade system functions
● Knowing Retail business operation and training basics, able to understand key stakeholders and end users’ expectation on digital learning solutions.
● Good command of Office software skills, especially in EXCEL and POWERPOINT.
● Logic thinking, detail-oriented and well-organized with multi tasks.
● Good communication skills and team player.
● Capability to make digital content design and development.
● Good in reading and writing in English, nice to have strong English oral speaking ability.
● Passion to sports will be a plus.
● Bachelor’s degree
● 3 years’ experience in training management, experience in eLearning/LMS will be preferred
● Retail relative background will be preferred
